Hi! My name is Jess.
Professional Home Organiser. Mum of 15+ years. Former retail visual merchandiser. And someone who has genuinely loved an organised space since childhood… yes, my wardrobe was colour-coded long before it was a thing.
I'm the founder of Collectively Organised, and I work in homes across Brisbane and the Gold Coast helping busy people with full lives get on top of their stuff.
Why I'm good at this (and really genuinely enjoy it!)
Most people assume a professional organiser is just naturally tidy. And yes, that's part of it. But what actually makes me good at this is the combination of things I bring together that set me apart.
I've been a mum since 2010. I understand the chaos of a full family home; the school bags, the sports gear, the snack situation, the mental load of keeping it all running. I don't organise for a catalogue. I organise for real life.
I have a background in retail visual merchandising. Before Collectively Organised, I spent years in retail understanding how to make spaces both functional and beautiful; how placement, flow and visual logic make people feel calm and in control. I bring that same thinking into your home. The result is spaces that don't just work, they feel good to be in.
I've worked in nearly 400 homes. Across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and everywhere in between, I've seen it all — and I've never walked into a home and thought anything other than I can help here. No judgement. Ever.
A bit more about me
I'm high-energy with a wicked sense of humour and I'll show up at your door ready to work. My clients often tell me I feel familiar — a lot of them have followed along on Instagram before booking, which I love. When you invite me into your home, I want you to feel completely comfortable.
