Your whole Christmas sorted.
My Christmas Guide, turned into a step-by-step planner that tells you what to do next, colours in a bauble every time you do it, and pops every date straight into your calendar.
Only $7 until Friday 13 November. Then the price goes up.
It’s 10.47pm. The Elf hasn’t moved, there’s a bring-a-plate tomorrow you just found in the school app, the work party clashes with the concert, and you’ve got 63 Pinterest screenshots… and no actual plan.
Yeah. Let’s fix that.Collectively Organised For Christmas
Made by Jess, from Collectively Organised
This isn’t another PDF you download and never look at. It’s my whole Christmas Guide, rebuilt as an interactive digital guide on your phone or computer that walks you through one little job at a time.
Tell me a bit about your Christmas (kids? an Elf? going away?) and I’ll only show you what you need. Every job you finish colours in a bauble. Every date you add goes into your calendar with a reminder. And your progress saves as you go, so you can pick it up in the school pick-up line.

It’s not that you’re disorganised. It’s that it’s all in your head.
I worked Christmas in retail for years as an Area Manager, with a little one at home. What saved me wasn’t trying harder. It was the little lists and prompts I kept for myself.
Be honest. How many of these are you?
School app, work emails, the group chat, a sticky note on the fridge. None of them talk to each other.
…and you either panic-buy or miss it completely, then pay full price on the 22nd.
No gift list, no budget, and no idea what’s been bought, arrived or wrapped.
New decorations, new toys, new everything, with nowhere to put any of it.
You love the magic. You do not love inventing it at 11pm with whatever’s in the pantry.
Everyone else’s Christmas is planned to the minute. Yours is running on caffeine and cold coffee.
You don’t need to do more. You need it all in one spot.
Being organised isn’t about a perfect colour-coded binder. It’s about not having to carry it all around in your head.
What we think we need
- Start in September
- A longer to-do list
- One huge planning weekend
- More “organising” stuff from Kmart
What actually helps
- Every date in one place
- Small jobs, one at a time
- Reminders that pop up in your calendar
- Only buying what you actually need
To get to December and actually enjoy it.
To be the calm one at the work party. To know the gifts are wrapped. To have time for the lights drive in PJs. That’s the whole point.
Concerts, break-ups, parties, Santa photos and sales dates, all in one calendar.
See what’s planned, spent and left, before the Black Friday tabs come out.
Ten-minute declutters before things start arriving, so it all has a home.
Time blocked in for you, and a pep talk from me whenever it feels like a lot.
Plan it once. Enjoy December.
About 15 minutes to start. Then it just tells you the next little thing.
Okay, so how does it actually work? ↓Not a PDF. A digital, interactive guide that does the remembering.
It’s made for your Christmas
Three quick questions: kids at home? An Elf? Going away? You only see the jobs that fit your life. No wading through pages that don’t apply.
Tasks, not reading
Every section broken into small tasks, most 5 to 15 minutes. Do one, colour in a bauble, close the app. That’s it.
One tap to your calendar
Every date you add (plus Black Friday, Cyber Monday and my reminders) goes into your phone’s calendar, with a nudge. You don’t copy a thing.
It’s yours every year
Your progress saves as you go. Next year, tap “Start fresh for next Christmas” and go again. Your housesitter info and Elf hiding spot stay put.
Six steps to a sorted Christmas.
Tell me about your Christmas
A quick welcome from me, then three questions. Your answers shape your whole planner, and you can change them any time.
- Kids at home? You’ll get the end-of-school chaos sorted
- An Elf on the Shelf? Antics, props and reminders, done
- Going away? Travel checklist and a housesitter info sheet

Get your next 6 weeks in one place

Colour in your baubles

- 10-minute declutter blocks with a timer
- Decorating day, outfits, appointments and more
- “Up next” always shows the very next job

Gift list + budget tracker
Set your total budget, add everyone you’re buying for, then tick each gift off as it’s ordered, arrives and gets wrapped. It tells you if you’re on track.
- Planned, spent and left, worked out for you
- Gift ideas from the declutter land here too
- Ready to go the minute Black Friday hits

One tap into your calendar
My plan shows every date in one place. One tap puts them all in the calendar on your phone or computer, each with a reminder. Added more later? It only adds the new ones.
- Works with iPhone, Google and Outlook calendars
- Tap ✕ on anything you’d rather leave out
- Print your plan for the fridge if you like

A pep talk when it’s a lot
Because it will be, at some point. Tap the heart and I’ll give you a quick pep talk and one small next step. There’s also a Brain dump button on every page for the 2am thoughts.
- Short, real and in my words
- Brain dump anything, anytime
- A big “You did it!” when it’s all sorted

Plus a few little extras from me
The bits people always DM me about, ready and waiting in your planner’s Extras.

What people are saying.
Brilliant. The layers of this is incredible - things to buy... the reminders in the calendar - the tips... amazing.
And being able to remind yourself where the Elf lives.... perfection.
Love love love it.... this is so much fun, I am feeling more prepared, love the calendar prompts... I am feeling more settled already and don't feel like am going to miss anything. YAY.
No more 11pm Elf panic.
- Plan a few easy antics ahead (you don’t need 23 showstoppers)
- My real Elf photos to pinch ideas from
- Props go straight onto your shopping list
- A nightly reminder, and where the Elves hide all year
And if you forget? They’re just struggling with the Aussie heat. Tongs, freezer, magic restored. You’re welcome. 😉
Same week. Very different you.
The usual week
≈ lots of late nightsWith your planner
≈ 10–15 minutes a dayAn example week, not a promise. Your December will look like your December (just calmer).
This year, you get to enjoy it too.
Red lipstick and a Santa hat optional (but encouraged).
Hi, I’m Jess, and I love Christmas.
I fell in love with Christmas all over again when I became a Mum, and I was winning at the Pinterest-Mum-Christmas game… until I went back to full-time work and got promoted to Area Manager for a gifting brand. Christmas in retail put a bit of a damper on things at home.
What saved me were the little lists and prompts I’d saved for myself. I still had nights I forgot to move the Elf out of pure exhaustion. But I could still put on red lipstick and a Santa hat and create some fun amongst getting things done.
Now I organise homes for a living, and this planner is my way of sharing what I’ve learned with you, so you can do it yourself, in your full life.

Does it work on my phone?
How does it get into my calendar?
I don’t have kids / an Elf / travel plans. Is it still for me?
Can I use it again next year?
I’m not very techy. Will I be able to use it?
What if it’s not for me?
